  • Ability to read/write Japanese will be added advantage

Accenture’s Human Resource team is looking for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a period of 6 months or more!

The intern will have the following scope of responsibilities:
1. Design, develop and implement campus recruitment initiatives, including but not         limited to career fairs, networking and industry talks.
2. Design, develop and manage inventories of campus collaterals and logistics.
3. Liaising with various campus student groups and their student leadership.
4. Conduct phone and digital interviews and perform CV screening, make offers to              successful candidates.
5. Administer and manage the hiring requisitions in Jobsbank.

Job Requirements:
1. Commit for a minimum of 6 months (full time is preferred, but part-time                         arrangements can be discussed)
2. Passionate about talent management and human resources
3. Creative and innovative, having active links with existing student leadership groups      are preferred.
4. Be in their second, third or penultimate year in NUS, NTU, SMU or SUTD. Recent         graduates are also welcomed to apply

Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) is a statutory board formed in 1972 under the Ministry of Trade and Industry. SDC is tasked with the responsibility to plan, develop and manage Sentosa Island.

The Corporate Planning Division in SDC develops and drives the implementation of the organisational strategic business framework and various other corporate-level initiatives.

We currently have a vacancy for a Corporate Planning Executive/Assistant Manager position. The job is multi-faceted and challenging, offering the incumbent a deep understanding of the leisure business and the opportunity to develop a long-term, corporate-wide perspective in making business and organisational decisions. The job includes the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate strategy formulation and planning initiatives
  • Manage the Corporate Dashboard and monitor overall corporate performance
  • Conduct industry research and analyse the implications for Sentosa
  • Undertake cross-functional projects with internal and external partners
  • Develop and leverage relations with stakeholders, including other government agencies, business associates and international associations

Requirements for the job:

  • University degree
