This was an interview with Emeritus Professor Edwin Thumboo, who is from the Department of English Language & Literature at the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, who spoke about the exhibition titled “Edwin Thumboo – Time-Travelling: A Poetry Exhibition” held at the National Library. The exhibition celebrates his achievements as one of Singapore’s best-known literary pioneers. Accompanying the exhibition are two books titled “Singapore World Maps: A Chapbook of Edwin Thumboo’s New And Selected Place Poems” and “Edwin Thumboo: Time-Travelling” published by the National Library.
