Recently we made detailed validations and verifications of RYrhoCentralFoam solver, a customized OpenFOAM solver, in predicting compressible two-phase gas-liquid flows. The results has been published in Fuel “Eulerian-Lagrangian modelling of detonative combustion in two-phase gas-droplet mixtures with OpenFOAM: validations and verifications”. The solver aims to simulate the detonation and explosion problems in oil/gas industrial safety engineering and detonation propulsion technologies. [04/10/2020]
