Turnitin degraded performance

Update, Mon 8 Apr, 1832 hrs: Turnitin service has been restored (status.io). Do clear your browser’s cookies and cache before accessing Turnitin.

Turnitin has been experiencing degraded performance from Mon 8 Apr, 1121 hrs.

Students may experience issues with submitting files and staff may not be able to use GradeMark at the moment. Similarity Reports might be inaccessible.

MediaWeb migration on Tue 26 Feb from 0530 to 0630 hrs

CIT MediaWeb services will be migrated to a hosted MediaWeb site to provide you with a more scalable platform, improved performance and reliability.

The migration is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 26 February from 0530 hrs to 0630 hrs (1 hour).

All your existing data are migrated to the hosted site and will be located at https://mediaweb.ap.panopto.com.

No action is required on your part, and there should not a disruption to the service.

The current site URL will be redirected to the new hosted site. This includes MediaWeb access via IVLE and LumiNUS.

[REMINDER] Turnitin and iThenticate maintenance on Sun 06 Jan from 0000 hrs to 0800 hrs

Please be reminded of the scheduled Turnitin and iThenticate maintenance on Sunday 6 January from 0000 hrs to 0830 hrs (8 hours) due to planned maintenance.

You will not be able to submit and grade during this maintenance window, so please ensure that any submission deadlines are adjusted to fall outside of the window.
