Turnitin and iThenticate maintenance on Sun 28 Oct from 1700 hrs to 1730 hrs

Turnitin and iThenticate will not be available on Sunday 28 October from 1700 hrs to 1730 hrs due to planned maintenance.

This is also applicable to Turnitin submission folders in IVLE.

This micro maintenance (30 minutes) will include several hardware updates and performance improvements to ensure that services remain stable, particularly during high submission periods.

Users will not be able to submit and grade during this maintenance window, so please ensure that any submission deadlines are adjusted to fall outside of the window.

Turnitin paper submission and upload issues resolved

You may have experienced issues with submitting and uploading papers to Turnitin.

The issue occurred on Monday 15 October from 1125 hrs to 1510 hrs (3 hours 45 minutes).

Turnitin has resolved the issue and apologizes for causing the inconvenience.

Service Desk upgrade from Sun 7 Oct, 2200 hrs to Mon 8 Oct, 0200 hrs

CIT Service Desk will undergo an upgrade from Sunday 07 October, 2200 hrs to Monday 08 October, 0200 hrs (4 hours).
