CIT Service Desk will undergo an urgent upgrade from Thursday 11 July, 2200 hrs to Friday 12 July, 0200 hrs (4 hours).

CIT’s various help desks will not be accessible during this period:

Please be reminded of the scheduled Turnitin and iThenticate maintenance from Saturday 13 July, 2300 hrs to Sunday 14 Jul, 0700 hrs (8 hours) due to scheduled maintenance.

You will be unable to submit and grade during this maintenance window, so please ensure that any submission deadlines are adjusted to fall outside of the window.
