LumiNUS experienced intermittent loading issues from 1600 hrs to 1930 hrs today.
This was due to an issue with a cloud component of LumiNUS, which has been resolved.

[Resolved] LumiNUS intermittent slowness/inaccessibility
[UPDATE 21 Aug, 1745 hrs] The issue with one of the cloud components of LumiNUS has been resolved.
LumiNUS is experiencing intermittent slowness/inaccessibility as of 1640 hrs today.
We are working to diagnose and fix the issue.

Panopto scheduled maintenance Sat 10 Aug, 0400 to 0700 hrs
Panopto will be upgraded to the latest release on Saturday 10 August from 0400 to 0700 hrs (3 hours). The infrastructure powering our Panopto Cloud site will be updated to increase performance and scalability.
Mediaweb and Web Lectures will not be available during this period.
This includes:
- Processing/encoding
- Recording/uploading
- Search
- Video playback
- Panopto website
