Our third area seeks to develop and evaluate interventions to help people lead healthier lives. This includes dynamically tailored real-time interventions and environmental changes.
Currently, we are working on evaluating Singapore’s National Steps Challenge – a population-wide mHealth intervention that supports Singaporeans to be physically active (National Steps Challenge). We also have three large-scale evaluations of mHealth interventions that are currently underway – HOPE, Future Health Technologies, and Move@NUS.
Ongoing projects:
-
- Evaluating Singapore’s National Steps Challenge – a population wide mHealth intervention
- Future Health Technologies
- Health via Online Personalised Education (HOPE) Community Intervention
