Users may have experienced issues viewing submissions within the Turnitin Feedback Studio. This was down to a service disruption affecting the performance of Turnitin on Tuesday 27 March from 1500 hrs to 1740 hrs SGT.
Users may have been affected during the following times; 08:00 – 10:40 BST, 00:00 – 02:40 PST, 17:00 – 19:40 AEST.

This would have prevented users from accessing Turnitin Similarity Reports through IVLE.
The root cause has been identified and resolved by Turnitin.
If you are still experiencing issues, please clear your browsers cookies and cache, restart the browser and try again.
The engineers have been busy and created a fix. You’ll need to clear your browser cache, but once you’ve done that everything should work again. We’re sorry for the interruption and inconvenience.
