TechSmith Relay unavailable from Tue 20 Dec, 0900 hrs to Wed 21 Dec, 0900 hrs

TechSmith Relay will be unavailable from Tuesday 20 December, 0900 hrs to Wednesday 21 December, 0900 hrs (24 hours) due to a TechSmith Relay upgrade from 5.0.6 to 5.1.1.

During this period, the TechSmith Relay recorder and website will not be able to connect to the server.

You are advised not to create or access screen recordings during this period.

Please uninstall previous versions of TechSmith Relay recorder and install latest version after the upgrade so that the software can upload new recordings to the upgraded servers.

TechSmith Relay will be unavailable on Monday 21 December from 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs (9 hours) due to a TechSmith Relay upgrade.

The upgrade to version 5.0.6 is to enable Windows 10 and Mac OS X 10.11 support.

Camtasia Relay unavailable on Tue 28 Jul from 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs due to upgrade

Camtasia Relay will be unavailable on Tuesday 28 Jul from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs (7 hours) due to a Camtasia Relay upgrade.

During this period, the Camtasia Relay recorder and website will not be able to connect to the server. You are advised not to create or access screen recordings during this period.

The upgrade – to Techsmith Relay Recorder – will enable allow users to upload existing content (users’ videos in .mp4 and .mov), multiple files at once, through the TechSmith Relay Recorder application.

Please uninstall the previous Camtasia Relay recorder and install the new TechSmith Relay recorder after the upgrade so that it can upload new recordings to the upgraded servers.
