TechSmith Relay will be unavailable from Tuesday 20 December, 0900 hrs to Wednesday 21 December, 0900 hrs (24 hours) due to a TechSmith Relay upgrade from 5.0.6 to 5.1.1.
During this period, the TechSmith Relay recorder and website will not be able to connect to the server.
You are advised not to create or access screen recordings during this period.
Please uninstall previous versions of TechSmith Relay recorder and install latest version after the upgrade so that the software can upload new recordings to the upgraded servers.
