My name is Cong Xia. I major in land sciences in China and joined the E-SEAL lab as a visiting PhD student. I am currently working on the health benefits of biodiversity conservation. My research interests focus on the interactions between humans, nature, and biodiversity. I am also dedicated to developing nature-based solutions—particularly in optimizing land use and advancing conservation efforts—to enhance human well-being and foster sustainable harmony between human activities and the environment.
