My name is Dehuan Li and I am a PhD student. I got my bachelor’s and master’s degrees of science in China. My project was focusing on the relationships between landscape fragmentation and variations in supply of ecosystem services, which made me realize the strong association between nature benefits and human activities.

Now I hope to seek for a new combination to connect the supply and demand of ecosystem services by modeling, so that we can better understand how nature makes contributions to human and which factors affect these processes. I am also excited to be able to apply more diverse methods, like field investigations or interviews, in my future studies.
