My name is Xie Jianan, and I am currently an MSc student in Biodiversity Conservation and Nature-Based Climate Solutions. I earned my undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering in China. My research focuses on the relationship between the circular economy and the Global Biodiversity Framework, aiming to identify feasible strategies for sustainable development and biodiversity conservation. I am particularly interested in the intersections of ecosystems and human activities, exploring these through the collaborative integration of spatial modelling and decision-making processes.
