Project Title: Singapore Wearable-enabled Health Impact Study
Background
The Singapore Wearable-enabled Health Impact Study (SWISH) study aims to evaluate the impact of health promotion programmes offered by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) of the Singapore Government. Specifically, SWISH will evaluate the impact of the HPB and Apple programme, LumiHealth, on health and health-related behaviours of participants. We will assess changes to physical activity, health-related quality of life, healthy lifestyle behaviours, clinical health outcomes, as well as healthcare costs and cost-effectiveness.

Recruitment and data collection has commenced in 2023.
