Clare is a Public Health Nutritionist with a background in dietary assessment of populations. She has experience of developing instruments for measuring usual dietary intakes, and in PANDA is working on a mobile phone application to capture real-time behaviours and food intakes. She is interested in how the environment around us affects our food choices.
