UPDATE Outage resolved on 8 June, 2041 hrs.

Turnitin is currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption.

During this time, you may find you are unable to access Turnitin, including Turnitin assignment folders in LumiNUS.

Turnitin believes this disruption is due to a service outage their CDN provider is experiencing.

Various CIT services inaccessible due to NUS login service maintenance from Sat 12 Jun, 2300 hrs to Sun 13 Jun, 0300 hrs

NUS IT will be scheduling maintenance for NUS login service from Sat 12 June, 2300 hrs to Sun 13 June, 0300 hrs (4 hours).

As such, several CIT services are affected. During this period, you will not be able to login to services such as:

  • LumiNUS,
  • Poll Everywhere,
  • Zoom, and
  • any other CIT or NUS application that uses the login page below.

Server Migration for Web Lectures and Multimedia from Thu 17 Jun, 0900 hrs to Sat 19 Jun, 1800 hrs

There will be a server migration scheduled for Web Lectures and Multimedia (MediaWeb) tools in LumiNUS.

LumiNUS Web Lectures videos and their content will not be accessible from Thursday 17 June, 0900 hrs to Saturday 19 June, 1800 hrs.
