Panopto will undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday 27 June from 0100 to 0400 hrs (3 hours). Panopto cloud site will be upgraded to the latest release.
Panopto, MediaWeb (including MediaWeb channels in LumiNUS Multimedia) and Web Lectures will be affected. You should expect up to 60 minutes of downtime, beginning at the start of the maintenance window.
Please avoid recording, processing or viewing media on Panopto, MediaWeb or Web Lectures during the scheduled maintenance.
Panopto will be upgraded to the latest release on Saturday 10 August from 0400 to 0700 hrs (3 hours). The infrastructure powering our Panopto Cloud site will be updated to increase performance and scalability.
Mediaweb and Web Lectures will not be available during this period.
