Turnitin and iThenticate maintenance on Thu 28 Dec from 0000 hrs to 0900 hrs

Turnitin and iThenticate will not be available on Thursday 28 December from 0000 hrs to 0900 hrs (9 hours) due to planned maintenance.

This is also applicable to Turnitin submission folders in IVLE.

The maintenance will be performed on Turnitin’s internal hardware with the purpose of improving capacity and increasing their services’ uptime and resiliency to assure overall product availability.

Where applicable, please be aware no submissions or grading will be possible through Turnitin or iThenticate during the maintenance period. You are advised to set submission deadlines outside of this maintenance window.

Turnitin and iThenticate Service Alert – Thu 02 Nov, 0140 hrs to 0240 hrs

Turnitin and iThenticate experienced a service issue on Thu 02 Nov between 0140 hrs to 0240 hrs.

During this time most users (direct and IVLE integration) would not have been able to log in, submit papers, or access feedback.

Service has now been restored to normal.

Turnitin and iThenticate maintenance from Sat 5 Aug, 2200 hrs to Sun 6 Aug, 0400 hrs

Turnitin and iThenticate will not be available from Saturday 05 August, 2200 hrs to Sunday 06 August, 0400 hrs (6 hours) due to scheduled essential maintenance.

This maintenance also applies to Turnitin submission folders in IVLE.

Where applicable, please be aware no submissions or grading will be possible through Turnitin or iThenticate during the maintenance period. You are advised to set submission deadlines outside of this maintenance window.
