We carried out GWAS meta-analysis (imputed to HapMap2) for T2D in up to 25,079 East Asians cases and 29,611 controls. Each study performed study-specific sample and variant quality control. Within each study, associations between T2D and variants were tested by logistic regression, adjusting for sex. We then carried out fixed-effects inverse-variance weighted meta-analysis as implemented in METAL.
The files below contain association summary statistics for the AGEN lipids meta-analysis of 7 discovery studies (KARE, DC-SP2 with 2 arrays, SiMES, CAGE, SDGS, TDS, CLHNS).
Each file contains the following information:
- MARKERNAME: RSID
- CHR: Chromosome
- POS: Position (hg19)
- EFF_ALLELE: Effect allele
- NONEFF_ALLELE: Other allele
- EFF_ALLELE_FREQ: Effect allele frequency (1000G Phase 3 EAS)
- BETA: Effect estimate
- SEBETA: Standard error of effect estimate
- P: P-value
