“I love taking photos of nature, or with nature.”
Good day my lovely readers, I am Wei Qian and what you see is a super glamorous photo of me taken last December when I went hiking in Hong Kong.
In my natural habitat though, this is how I usually behave:
Frankly, I do not know if I will start to regret what I’m about to say after publishing this post but given that this is my first post, I need to leave an impression somehow, right?
I’m sure by now, you already know that I am highly narcissistic. #achievementunlocked
But I hope you will know me not just for my highly narcissistic character, but also my love for the environment. That being said, I am not the kind of environmentalist who advocates vehemently on the street. Instead, I grow my plants in my room and go for walks in the park — you know, doing therapeutic activities. And so why do I protect the environment?
Because I don’t want to lose the things that make me happy.
I believe in life, things will always fall into place and they always happen for a reason. So in the upcoming posts, I will be sharing with you the answers different individuals have to the many “why” questions.
Next week, it will be a woman our age who has made a difference through the social media. Do you know who is she?
Stay tuned to find out more!
P.S. A few essentials for a good hike are: good company, workable camera, lots of water, and me.
