Rules and Regulations: Weekly Quiz:
Eligibility:
1.1 The competition is open to all current students, staff, and faculty members of NUS.
1.2 Participants must be registered students or employed staff/faculty members at the time of submission.
Duration:
2.1 The quiz will take place over a period of 4 weeks.
2.2 Each week, a new set of quiz questions will be released.
Participation:
3.1 Each participant is entitled to only one chance per week.
3.2 Participants must submit their answers within the designated time frame for each week’s quiz.
3.3 Late submissions will not be accepted.
Submission:
4.1 Participants must submit their answers through the Microsoft Forms link that would be provided at the start of each week on the campaign microsite..
Selection of Winners:
5.1. At the end of fourth quiz, 25 unique winners will be randomly selected from the pool of participants who submitted correct answers over the course of the 4 weeks.
5.2 Winners will be notified via email or through the online platform.
5.3 The selection of winners will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
Prizes:
6.1 The 25 winners selected will receive a prize.
6.2 The nature and value of the prizes will be specified before the start of the competition.
6.3 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6.4 The organisers will contact the winners to provide details for the collectiion of prizes.
6.5 In the event that the winners provided inaccurate information leading to the misdelivery of prizes, there will be no replacement of the misdelivered prize.
Disqualification:
7.1 Participants found to be engaging in any form of cheating, including plagiarism or the use of unauthorized aids, will be disqualified from the competition.
7.2 Any violation of the rules and regulations may result in immediate disqualification.
Intellectual Property:
8.1 By participating in the competition, participants grant the organizers the right to use their names, photographs, and any submitted content for promotional purposes.
Liability:
9.1The organizers will not be held responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may occur during the quiz competition.
9.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their submitted answers.
Modifications:
10.1 The organizers reserve the right to modify the rules and regulations of the competition, including the duration, prize structure, and any other relevant details.
10.2 Any changes to the rules and regulations will be communicated to the participants in a timely manner.
