Overview:
We will be launching weekly quizzes during the Slips, Trips and Falls campaign period from 21 August 2023 to 22 September 2023. The weekly quiz will cover simple questions on slips, trips and falls awareness and prevention. Staff and students who respond correctly to all the questions will stand chances to win $10 cash vouchers.
Duration:
The weekly quizzes will run for 4 weeks from 21 August 2023 to 17 September 2023. The winners will be announced on the final week of the campaign.
Eligibility:
The weekly quizzes are open to all current NUS Staff and Students, who have a valid NUS login and must be signed in to their NUS account on Microsoft 365 when submitting the quiz.
Submission:
Quiz questions will be posted every week (21 Aug, 28 Aug, 4 Sep and 11 Sep) on the Slips, Trips and Falls microsite.
Qualification for lucky draw:
Staff and students who answer all questions correctly for each week will receive a chance to qualify for the lucky draw for prize winners. Staff and students are encouraged to participate in each week’s quizzes to stand a higher chance in the lucky draw for prize winners. For example, if a participant answers each week’s questions correctly, the participant will receive a total of 4 chances in the lucky draw.
Prizes:
$10 worth of eCapitaVouchers (25 unique winners). Each staff and student can only win a maximum of $10 worth of vouchers.
Winners:
The list of winners will be published by 22 Sep 2023 on the Slips, Trips and Falls Campaign microsite. Winners will also be contacted separately.
