Dear RVRC Residents
Hope that you have all had a happy Chinese New Year.
The Electoral Committee would like to announce that the nomination period for candidates who wish to run for the 4th CSC will open on 12th February (Tuesday).
The link for the nomination form is attached to this email – for those who are interested in running for the 4th CSC, or wish to nominate another individual, please do complete the online nomination form.

Please do not submit any nomination forms before or after the nomination period, which runs from 12th Feb 2019 00:00 hours (midnight) to 15th Feb 2019 12:00 hours (noon).
Any non-compliance to this rule will result in the invalidation of said forms, and by extension, the invalidation of said nominations. The Electoral Committee will contact all candidates to confirm their nomination by 18th Feb 2019.
We would like to reiterate the conditions of eligibility for candidates here.
Eligibility of Candidacy
Only Year 1 RVRC residents are eligible for nomination, unless he/she:
a) is unable to serve the full term of appointment in the following AY due to reasons such as exchange studies, internship or Leave of Absence from the University;
b) is part of the electorate committee conducting the current elections;
c) will be appointed, or has the intention to be a Resident Assistant or a House Committee member in the following AY;
d) is under disciplinary suspension from the University in accordance to Statute 6 of the University Statutes and Regulations.
