Xiaoguang is medically trained and received her MMed from the Norman Bethune College of Medicine in Jilin, China, where she studied the clinical uses of Hepatitis A monoclonal antibody. She provides invaluable support for the lab with her expertise in various lab techniques and small animal experimentation, and is also the designated lab Safety Officer and First-Aider.
