CHAN Su Jing
Su Jing received her BSc majoring in Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology from the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. Thereafter, she became a research scholar at Industrial Research Limited (IRL), New Zealand, where she worked on the fabrication of state of the art, low cost microfluidic devices. For her PhD, Su Jing is investigating whether cystathionine beta synthase (CBS) can be a viable therapeutic target in acute ischemic stroke using rodent stroke models. She is also broadening her research interest towards cognitive function and aging.
