Student Global Changemakers: Attend the Global Engagement Summit

Please note that this is an announcement on behalf of Northwestern University. Please contact them directly if you wish to inquire.

Hello from Northwestern University! We are writing on behalf of the Global Engagement Summit, which will take place from April 15 – April 19, 2015, at our Evanston, Illinois, campus just outside of Chicago.

The Global Engagement Summit (GES) is a week-long conference that brings together student delegates from around the world and equips them with tangible skills to develop and implement meaningful social ventures. Our annual Summit includes professional mentorships, capacity-building workshops, influential speakers and financial outcomes, as well as the opportunity to establish long-lasting connections with like-minded students and industry experts. In the past 10 years, more than 450 delegates from over 50 countries have participated in the Summit. Delegates congregate in Chicago to learn how to develop ideas, understand the challenges and opportunities for social engagement and hone their skills to enable them to better implement change-based projects.

We would greatly appreciate your help in forwarding this message to all of your students who are interested in social justice, community development, social entrepreneurship, or global issues. This could be a great opportunity to foster relations between you and Northwestern University.

We look forward to working with you! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We encourage you to find out more by reading our brochure.

Thank you so much.

Best,
