Background:
Founded in Japan in 2018, RiceWine Inc. is a startup specializing in Japanese sake. Our own brewery, established in 2021, is one of the newest in Japan, located in Odawara, Kanagawa Prefecture. In 2023, we launched our global expansion with RICEWINE SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore. Now, we are excited to announce the opening of a brewery-owned Western dining restaurant on Amoy Street. While Japanese sake and Japanese-style restaurants are common in Singapore, a restaurant focused on sake paired with Western cuisine is unique. This is the challenge we are taking on.

Our sake brand, “HINEMOS,” is crafted around the concept of “time.” Each sake is named after a specific hour, such as 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm, and is recommended for enjoyment at that time of day.

Positions Available:
Service Staff (Assistant):
Working alongside the Service Manager, you will serve sake and food to guests. We will provide sake training, so prior knowledge is not required. You will also recommend pairing options.

Kitchen Staff (Assistant):
Supporting the Head Chef, you will assist with prep work and cooking in the kitchen.

Requirements:
MUST:
-Friendly and communicative; enjoys customer service
-Singaporean or Singapore PR

WANT:
– Previous restaurant experience
– Passion for beverages

Benefits:
Hourly Wage: $15 / hour
Working Hours: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
