【Role Summary】
Support top management from finance, accounting and taxation point of view as a strategic staff at various stages such as HQ, In-house company, factory or group company of globally operated business

【Responsibilities】

• Support to decision making of top management from finance, accounting and taxation point of view, proposal for performance improvement
• Business planning (mid-term plan, budget, forecast), investment planning
• Profit/loss management, cash flow management, asset management
• Closing (consolidated/unconsolidated)
• Fund raising and management, group finance
• Tax
• Factory performance management, cost accounting
• IFRS project
• Job rotations every 4-5 years within Finance & Accounting function

【Requirements】

• Bachelor’s or higher degree
• Excellent English communication skills
• Advanced Japanese Language Ability (JLPT N2 or be able to communicate in Japanese)
