There is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level role requiring proficiency in Japanese, based in Japan. The responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticket systems, and coordinating with internal stakeholders through our internal system. The work arrangement allows for a hybrid model, with two days a week in the Tokyo office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.
