Reports to: HR Senior Executive

All departments in Company
Position Profile:
The successful candidate will involve in company-wide Digital transformation activities and HR data analytics.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Involve and support Digital transformation activities in HR and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand data reporting and analysis requirements from business units.
- Propose a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for HR and manpower planning purposes.
- Perform analytics on HR data to identify future risks and opportunities.
- Prepare action plans to implement decisions for enhancing business and HR performance based on data analytics.
Ability/Competency Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics, Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- Strong team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT programming skills will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
