Job Description:

Department: Strategic Planning Department

Reports to: HR Senior Executive

Functional Relationships with:
All departments in Company

Position Profile:
The successful candidate will involve in company-wide Digital transformation activities and HR data analytics.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Involve and support Digital transformation activities in HR and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Understand data reporting and analysis requirements from business units.
3. Propose a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for HR and manpower planning purposes.
4. Perform analytics on HR data to identify future risks and opportunities.
5. Prepare action plans to implement decisions for enhancing business and HR performance based on data analytics.

Ability/Competency Required:

1. Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics, Business Administration or Human Resource Management
2. Strong team player
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. IT programming skills will be an added advantage
5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
