Job Title: Administrative Assistant & Translator (Japanese)
Job Description & Requirements
- Handle data entry and updating of records
- Filing and scanning of documents
- Provide administrative support to CEO
- Prepare invoices for clients
- Receive and record delivery order
- Maintain office supplies and cleanliness
- Tabulate payment records by clients
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by CEO
- Fluent in Japanese language to translate the business conversation from Japanese to English, as well as from English to Japanese during the meetings
