Job Title Real Estate Market Research Assistant

Location Tokyo, Japan

This is a Real Estate Market Research Assistant position which is part of the Real Estate Valuation Service Team. Our company, Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal is one of the biggest Valuation company in Japan. We are supporting our clients which have a lot of real estates, Hotel, Office, Factory, Residential, Warehouse etc.

Your Role

• Contribute by collecting and analyzing data related to real estate. Transaction data of properties, stock market, rent level, vacancy rate, hotel room rate etc.
• Translation from Chinese or English to Japanese.
• Translation from Japanese to English.
• Provide support to broaden relationship with our valuation partnership companies

 Essential Skills

• Native in English and Chinese, and Japanese at business level as the role requires dealing with Japanese speaking clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including communication and teamwork
• Interest in Real Estate.
• PC skill, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

 Desirable Skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and ability to operate independently.
• Proactive with positive attitude and a desire to make a difference

* Job title: Business Analyst

Target: Undergraduates across all academic programmes

Required skills/mindset:
* Enough Japanese to have daily conversation; Passing JLPT L3 required before joining a company
* Willing to work in Japan for the first 2-3 years
* Passion to learn both strategy consulting (e.g., problem solving) and digitization (e.g., information technology)

Remuneration:
* Annual salary: JPY 5,000,000 (Approx. SGD 62,500)
* Overtime allowance: Yes – overtime over 45 hours a month

Working conditions:
* Working hours/days: 9:00 to 18:00
* Working days: Monday to Friday
