Company Description

The leading Japanese multi media company which operates in 4 Asian countries is seeking for high driven & motivated individuals in joining us in our fun & challenging environment as internship. We operate a variety of media; monthly and annual publication. We also offer extensive solution to clients with our event management and sales & promotion services.

Position: Assistant media consultant & Editor

Your role:

  • Compile sales activities reports and presentation materials
  • To develop new accounts and build strong rapport with clients to achieve monthly objectives and key results as defined by sales management
  • Responsible for advertisement traffic for all publications, and rates calculation
  • Provide sales administrative support to the sales team
  • Work with other departments on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are met
  • Other administrative and operational related issues
  • Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
  • Creation contents on our publication
  • Interviewing our client and writing articles

Requirements:

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills working in an international environment
  • Well-organized, resourceful and outgoing personality
  • A strong team player with initiative that can also work fairly independently, with excellent project, people and time management skills
  • Ability to read, write & converse in Japanese language will be an advantage
  • Cheerful person would be match for our company’s culture
  • Like to dive into brand new challenges
  • Person who likes fun things and seeking new business.

Your Program:

We need a internship who can commit our project from 3 to 6 months.

In this program, you can experience how to produce monthly publication from scratch to the end.

Also we welcome your new idea will drop into our contents since our motto is creating “Fun”,”Useful” and ”New”.

Minimum term : 3 to 6 month

Salary: S$1,000/month
