Job Description:

• The trainee program includes: – 6 months’ duration, which divided into class room training and OJT.
• The selected trainee will gain opportunity to be trained in Japan.
• Opportunities to participate in workshops, trainings to acquire new skills (soft skills, software based skills, etc.), and participate in the IT implementation project.

Requirements:

• A must to have a completed bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably major topics in IT or Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 internships within a Finance or IT department is preferable.
• Must be able to speak and listen to intermediate level to participate OJT which will be held in Tokyo, Japan and language use is only Japanese. Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency Level N3 is required

• Able to work independently
• Confident in communicating and presenting in front of crowd or a small group of people
• Able to write clearly and concisely in prepare writing materials

• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
