Though ServiceDesk Engineer, Intern will be experienced as following;

* Intern will be able to gain following experience;

– IT Industry’s basic incident handling process

– Basic troubleshooting skill

– Participate companies major project as member to see from initiating project until closure

– Participate to internal business process enhancement as member

– Communicate and work together with multiple national staffs

– Study and learn IoT, RPA, Robotic technologies as project member

<Assignment Detail>

To manage and analyze service desk incident

To perform 1st level troubleshooting (Desktop, Network and Server)

To perform project member to follow project manager’s task assigned.

To manage/operate internal IT of 25 staffs

Any other asked assigned by superior.

* Strong documentation skill

* A strong team spirits

* Demonstrated communication and presentation skills

* Fluent in English

* Japanese language skill is advantages.

* ITIL Fundamental is advantages.

* Programing Skill and/or application development skill is advantages.
