Job Title

  • Human Resource Consulting intern

Job Description

  • Assist with Human Resource Consultant
    • Design a HR system ( Grading, Appraisal, Compensation etc.)
    • Conduct and analyze organizational surveys of employees
    • Design a human resource development plan and training resources
  • Conduct and report interviews with the management or the HR representative
  • Conduct sales and market research
  • Do ad hoc work (E.g. Translation)

Working Day

  • Part-time during an academic Term
    • Minimum 2 days per week (We can discuss with candidates)
  • Full-time during a vacation period

Salary

  • Based on your experience and background.

Requirements

  • Be interested in Human Resource field and intercultural communication
  • Be self-motivated
  • Our internship is open to any student with a passion in learning about the HR function.
    (The candidates do not need to come from Human Resource / Business field.)

Preference

  • Be interested in Japanese business culture
  • Be able to communicate in Japanese (Preferably N3/ NUS Japanese 4 and above)
