★Career Path and Capabilities and Skills to acquire after on-board
Learn the basic as a social member and Japanese mainly in Tokyo head office for 6 months after on-board. Later, engage in the global business (Tokyo or Singapore) and learn the basic of businesses. After learning, engage in the daily business as a professional trust banker in each business office located in Japan and oversea bases.
★Target Students
All departments and all subjects. No requirement for Japanese.
