■GENERAL SUMMARY :
In charge of developing state of the art technology and new products, which will pave the way for the future of MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL. The candidate will engage in the cutting-edge research with such technologies and devices, and various talents. Additionally, he/she would also investigate the possibility of scale-ups in the industry.
■MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
(a) Formula design, production and processing technology, and customer technical support for Performance Polymers Department products, especially Thermoplastics Elastomers
(b) Formula design and experimental design planning, evaluation and mechanism analysis, results reporting, commercial scale production support and technical proposals and processing supports to customers.
(c) Raise up action plans/milestones of technical activities, manage the schedule of them and share/report progresses, and manage some project items
■EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Min. Degree holder, specialized in Chemical Engineer or related field is highly considered.

• Strong interpersonal skills – Chinese & English in Native and Japanese language in conversational level.
• Passionate and positive mindset with “can-do” attitude.
• Well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.

• Team player and able to work independently under fast-paced environment.
• Business travel will be required from time to time.
• Capable to search market trend, new technologies and translate them to our own products
• To create intangible assets, such as new formulas, data, new testing methods etc., and realize to allow company to keep them as intangible assets, for instance by filing patents.
