Conrad completed his studies in Recording Arts & Science from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2014. He then worked with the National University Hospital mobile hearing clinic team as a research assistant for one year, before enrolling in the MSc Audiology programme at NUS.

After graduation, he joined Changi General Hospital as an audiologist. His duties comprised hearing assessments, balance testing as well as hearing device fittings and management, which eventually expanded to include tinnitus management services.

Conrad joined the NUS MSc Audiology faculty in 2023 as an instructor. His roles currently comprise mentoring students in their individual research projects and clinical practicums.

He is currently a member of the Society for Audiology Professionals Singapore. He is also an active musician and regularly plays for the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Alumni Band, as well as community bands such as the Singapore Wind Symphony.
