Max (she/they) is an anthropologist with interests vested in how public health discourses, trends, and interventions transform our ways of being and relating with each other, not only between humans but with other species and environments too. In her free time, Max researches LGBT+ sporting sub-cultures in Mexico and in Southeast Asia. Max grew up in Mexico and lived in Armenia for a few years before moving to Singapore in 2019.
