Running Buddies
Running Buddies aims to promote a healthy lifestyle by making the same old mundane running routine enjoyable! We gather every week to run and encourage each other to further our limits bit by bit each week. We are not a competitive team so runners of all levels are welcomed!
For those who don’t run often – you know they say you need to be consistent with your run? Well I, who am writing this introduction right now, lost 5kg over the course of 1 semester in running buddies last semester, just by running consistently. OR you can be like my friend and enjoy supper without guilt! (sadly she didn’t achieve her diet target)
