Poster Printing Instruction

If you are willing to present your poster, please follow these steps:

• The poster must be printed in vertical shape at the author’s expense.

• To ensure the clarity and readability of your poster, the recommended size of the poster is A0 (841 x 1189 mm).

• Please do not exceed the maximum allowed poster size, which is 4 feet wide (120 cm) x 6 feet high (182.88 cm), otherwise your poster may not be fixed or displayed on the display board.

• Please do not use landscape printing or paper larger than the display board, as these papers may block other people’s sight or affect the overall appearance.

• Please use paper to print your poster, do not use canvas or heavy materials, as these materials are too heavy and difficult to hang with pins or Velcro strips.

• We will provide pins or Velcro strips in the display area for you to hang your poster on the display board.

• The poster printing time should be at least one week in advance to avoid accidents or delays.
