Prerequisites
The Medical Physics Minor requires students to possess both H2 Physics and H2 Biology (or their equivalent NUS bridging courses).
Regarding HSI2014, PC3295 and PC3294
- HSI2014 acts as a prerequisite for PC3295. Non-CHS students may appeal to read this course using one of their home faculty foundational courses as prerequisite. See the HSI2014 course page HERE. From AY2026/27, HSI2014 will be offerred only in Semester 1.
- PC3295 is offered only in Semester 2 and acts as the only prerequisite for PC3294. Students must complete PC3295 first before they can take on PC3294.
- PC3294 is a 100% laboratory course that is offerred only in Semester 1.
- It is strongly recommended that students take PC3295 in Semester 2 and PC3294 in the following semester 1.

Note that you may send in an application before having satisfied the prerequisites of H2 Physics and H2 Biology, so long as you fulfil all prerequisites and requirements by the time you graduate.
