Research Papers

For students interested in deepening their skills in historical or humanities scholarship, our module provides close mentorship in developing their research and writing. Curated here are examples of great papers that engage or inspire new, exciting conversations on the Imperial Chinese past and contemporary memory of it.

Creative Projects

Besides academic papers, our students are given the alternative choice of approaching and presenting their topics of interest in creative mediums and formats. This has led to some truly engaging pieces that showcase their historical training and newfound insights, and their ability to present it to a wide and public audience.
