Dear teachers and participants,

Judging Session
Venue and timeslot: Refer to the Judging Venue and Timeslot page
Nearest bus stop: Block S12 or Opp University Hall. Nearest MRT Station: Kent Ridge MRT. You may wish to take buses 95, A1 or D2 from Kent Ridge Stn Exit A/NUH to Block S12.
- Please report at the presentation venue before 12.30pm on your presentation day to set up your projects. The venues will open from 11am each of the judging day.
- The presentation venue must be cleared of participants by 1pm for the judging session to begin.
- Each team will have 10 minutes to present their project to a panel of 3-4 judges. It will be followed by another 10 minutes of Q&A.
- Teams with later presentation timing will be asked to wait outside and are asked to report back to the presentation holding venue 15mins before their presentation time.
- Your exact presentation venue will be made known to your team by Friday, 25 July 2025. It will also be updated on the Illustratum blog page.
- Please leave your project in the presentation venue at the end of your presentation. This will be for the project viewing session for guest (from MOE and Science Centre Singapore) on the Award Ceremony day.
Award Ceremony and Project Presentation
The award ceremony will be held on Friday, 1 August 2025.
The schedule is as follows:

- Participants will be ushered back to the project presentation venue after the ceremony.
- Guests will be invited to view participants’ projects after the ceremony.
- Participants may keep and transport their project back after the project viewing session is completed.
- Light refreshments will be provided to the students at the project viewing venue.
