Research Direction
We are dedicated to making our research towards the applications of (1) clean combustion technology, (2) advanced propulsion system, (3) industrial safety engineering and (4) novel energy solutions. They generally correspond to the following scientific aspects:
– Turbulent combustion
– Gas turbine combustion
– Detonation
– Hydrogen energy (combustion and explosion/detonation)
– Multi-phase combustion (liquid sprays and solid particles)
– Li-ion Battery thermal management
– Multi-phase flows and sprays in manufacturing and materials science
