The Liquid Ammonia Combustion Laboratory at the National University of Singapore (NUS) will be a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advancing net-zero combustion technologies. The lab will focus on fundamental and applied studies of liquid ammonia combustion, enabling safe and efficient utilization of ammonia as a carbon-free energy carrier. Key features will include high-precision injection and vaporization systems for liquid ammonia, custom-designed burners and combustion chambers, and optical access for advanced optical diagnostics.
