Hi all!
I would like to introduce you to the NUS History Society (Hissoc) website. Their publication, Mnemozine, features works from both former and current NUS History students over various subject areas. Their latest edition (Issue 17) for AY 2020/2021 has works on contemporary issues, such as the “Disorder on Hong Kong’s Street” (p.19) and “A Brief Timeline of Pandemics in Human History” (p.22).
Mnemozine also occasionally features interviews of Professors from the department about their works and research experience. For instance, check out Issue Sixteen, where Professor Jack Chia, and post-doctoral fellow, Dr Kisho Tsuchiya, share stories about their field world/ research encounters.
Head over there for more interesting stories and experiences 🙂
