Brain Health in the Community (BHIC) pilot

In partnership with Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House, CIHR and SFU Community-Engaged Research initiative (CERi) are funding a study on precision social prescribing based on the CAP (Cohesion, At-homeness, and Playfulness) Model to reduce dementia risks in the community.

Community members in British Columbia are invited to join one or more 8-week evidence-based programs on Horticulture, Mindfulness, or Dance. This video is a preview of three programs: (1) Gardener’s Hangout at Clinton Park, BC, (2) Finding Meaning in Aging (on Zoom), and (3) Storytelling in the Moment (on Zoom): https://youtu.be/38gmqH5ixP8
